Pair of Arts and Crafts Beaten Copper Bookends

A heavy hand-wrought and hand-tooled pair of copper bookends with stippled borders and central panels of a stylized Celtic design. They are great designs that will fit in with your arts and crafts oak furniture or craftsman home.

The based have no felts.

5 ¾” (14.6 cm) wide x 2 5/8” (6.7 cm) deep x 4 5/8” (11.7 cm) tall. Weighs 1 lb 9.6 oz (730 g)

The bookends have no dents, cracks, or breaks. Both the fronts and backs have some scratches. The bookends have a nice warm brown patina from age. The front of one bookend has one larger discolored spot near the start in the upper center, as well as small spots on the lower half. The other bookend has a rectangular less oxidized area on the back with some glue residue. This is where a label or tag must have been.
