Vintage Risis Singapore 22 K Gold Dipped ‘Vanda Miss Joaquim’ Orchid Necklace or Brooch Signed

The pendant is marked Risis. The tag on the chain is marked with “SN” within a diamond shape.
 
The pin and necklace belonged to my late mother. She purchased it during a late 1990s visit to Singapore. I don’t believe she ever actually wore it.
