Hull Tulip Vase Pink Blue Sueno Line 1938-41

A soft pastel ceramic vase with a tulip design that would look lovely filled with spring flowers.

The molded ceramic vase has been glazed with soft pastel yellows, pinks, blues and greens. This vase has asymmetrical handles on the sides. The glaze feels soft and smooth to the touch.

The vase has a shallow cut, unglazed foot with a glazed base. The words and numbers “HULL USA 101 33 6” are molded into the base.

MEASUREMENTS

3 ½” (8.9 cm) diameter x 6 ¼” (15.9 cm) tall. Weighs 1 lb 0.2 oz (465 g)

CONDITION

There are no cracks, chips, breaks, or repairs. Slight pitting in the glaze from manufacture is visible under magnification towards the bottom of the designs on both sides. There are glaze cracks on the inside, but not on the exterior.
