A fun baby dish in the 1950’s turquoise blue with the cow jumping over the moon that was meant to hold warm water to keep baby’s food warm. No human baby – use it with your fur babies for a pet water and food dish.

 
The heavy ceramic molded dish has compartments and is hollow with holes on the handles to be filled with warm water. Each side of the dish has 5 molded figures that represent a portion of the nursery rhyme.
 
The two fill holes have matching white ceramic stoppers with corks attached to plug the holes. The base has a slightly raised rounded foot. There is an indented well on the central base.
 
There is a molded mark on the base. It reads HANKSCRAFT U.S.A. and the production number 893.
 
MEASUREMENTS
 
9 ¾” (24.8 cm) wide x 8 1/8” (20.6 cm) diameter x 2 ½” (6.4 cm) tall.  Weighs 2 lbs 7.1 oz (1110 g)
 
CONDITION
 
The dish is complete with all of the pieces. There are no breaks, cracks, or chips to the bowl. There is slight wear from age and use. One edge of the cork has chipped off.
 
 A fun dish for baby or your baby cat or dog. It would make a fun pet water and food dish all rolled into one.
