Antique German Duck Candy Fuzzy Flocked Container 19th C

A cute and fuzzy German duck candy container that is so very soft.
 
A paper cardboard egg with a top and fitted bottom has been decorated in a soft yellow velour-like material. Glass eyes, painted wood beak and feet have been added to make a duckling. The two pieces fit together snugly.

5 in (12.7 cm) tall  x 3 7/8 in (9.8 cm) long x 2 ¼ in (5.7 cm) wide Weighs 2.0 oz (60 g)
 
CONDITION
There are no breaks, cracks, dents, or damages. The soft fuzzy yellow fabric is in good condition and even the fabric on the inside is in great condition. There are several small paint losses on the feet. There is an indentation with small puncture in the piece of tape that covers the hole in the bottom of the feet
 
A great candy container to add to a collection or put out at Easter with a surprise of candy inside.
