A colorful and lavishly hand-painted paste box that has a reign mark of the Qianlong emperor but made in the late Qing or Republic period.

A small porcelain lidded box painted with a thousand flowers design. The painting is professional with good line quality and shading. The artistry is further enhanced by the spacing of the pink and green elements. There is even a flower painted on the lid underside.

The mouth and box rims are not glazed and fit together nicely. The box has a shallow unglazed foot and a four-character hand painted reign mark of the Qianlong emperor on the base.
