A tall stately antique English chinoiserie chocolate pot dating from the mid 19th C. The pot has an elaborate blue transfer design of an “oriental” landscape fantasy, replete with pagodas, cottages, hills and lakes. The designs on the front and back are different. Even the lid has an elaborate scene.

4 1/4" (10.8 cm) diameter x 8" (20.3 cm) tall. 1 lb 4.7 oz (585 g)
CONDITION
The bottom has been broken and professionally repaired. The bottom is not perfectly flat and so the coffee pot wobbles a bit now. The original lid is intact. There are some transfer misses, especially on one side.
