A cast bronze offering cup from the early 20th Century used for burning oil in a Buddhist temple. Well formed with everted lip, bulbous body and a slightly everted foot with a rich golden patina. The cup has had a line tooled around the middle. You can also see lathe marks on the base and along the upper portions of the sides. The high foot is thin and appears to have been rolled instead of cast.
