A shiny, curvy, and heavy English teapot to impress people at tea time.
The teapot has four curving elaborate feet that match the curving shield on the spout. The handle is a curving c shape with a flourish to counter the lid. The lid is hinged and has a seed pod finial.  The nice round shape of the body makes a nice surface for the shiny reflections.
There is a stamped mark on the central underside. It reads SM BROADHEAD & ATKIN SHEFFIELD 4 and an etched number 3800.
10 ½” (26.7 cm) long x 5 ¾” (14.6 cm) diameter x 6 ¾” (17.1 cm) tall. Weighs 1 lb 14 oz (850 g)
There are no cracks, dents, or breaks. The pot still has a nice shine. There is light wear and scratches. There are a few tiny pinholes on the surface that are not deep. The pot looks entire and shiny.
A classic and elegant large pot to serve tea anytime. You can see yourself in the reflection.
