An antique inkwell from the period that King Tut’s treasures were discovered in Egypt and Tutmania was embraced all much of world.
A heavy pot metal has been molded in the shape of an Egyptian temple with the sphynx on the front and given a golden patina. There is a lotus flower border along the top and the inkwell rests on four rectangular feet. There is a white porcelain receptacle for the ink.

2 ¾ (7.0 cm) in x 2 ¾ (7.0 cm) in x 2 ¼ in (5.7 cm) tall. Weighs 12.7 oz (365 g)
CONDITION
There are no breaks, dents, cracks, or repairs. The patina shows wear and some green discoloration, which gives it an antique feel. The base metal is visible in several places. (please see photos)
