Framed Original Acrylic Painting by Alfredo Vega Farfan (2015)

An expressionist painting of an old man’s head with abstract images seemingly coming out of his head and what appears to be a collar of leaves around his neck. The man has a stern look and is squinting. Through his one open eye, you can almost peer into his thoughts. The painting is done in reddish-browns and metallic gold all on a blue and grey background.

 

The painting is framed in a simple thick matte black wood frame and sealed in back.

 

The artist is Alfredo Vega Farfán, a Mexican artist that is (or was) living in Oaxaca, Mexico. Mr. Farfán has shown works in London.

The painting and fame are in excellent condition. The are a few places on the outside corners of the frame which are scuffed.
