Mid Century Tall Orange Cased Glass Trumpet Vase

A 19 in tall midcentury orange and pale white cased glass vase with a floral trumpet mouth.
 
The orange color is very bold at the mouth, which is formed in an organic petal, trumpet look.The body has more the color of an orange creamcicle color due to the layer of white glass.  The six-sided base is clear glass. The base is flat and has a polished pontil. It looks like glass was blown into a mold, but they let the top free form.
 
There is a pair of conjoined circles on the base. I'm not sure if this is a hallmark that I'm unfamiliar with, or just a byproduct of production .
 
MEASUREMENTS
19 in (48.3 cm) tall x 4 in (10.2 cm) diameter at base. Weighs 2 lbs 1.4 oz (945 g)
 
CONDITION
There are no breaks, chips, cracks or repairs.  The glass shows only light wear. There is one narrow air bubble trapped in the glass towards the bottom of the base.
