A nicely-sized stone round with an auspicious carving of the three friends in winter.

The stone round has a carved design of a bamboo stalk, prunus branch and a pine bough. The color of the stone closely resembles a creamy jade with brown inclusions. It has nice translucence. The back and edge are not polished. It was originally inset into wood box.

MEASUREMENTS

2 15/16” (7.5 cm) diameter x 1/8” (.4 cm) thick. Weighs 1.5 oz (45 g)

CONDITION

There are no cracks, breaks or chips. There is some staining on the edge from cement from being inset. This should be able to be buffed out pretty simply.

A nice large carving to put on a stand and admire. It has a nice look and color.
