A low pot or flower arranging vessel with an Arts and Crafts matte green glaze with fine, hair-like striations. The green glaze feels unctuous and soft.
The heavy base reveals a yellow clay common on Zanesville pottery. There are three sager marks in the interior well. The number 8 is molded on the center of the base.

8 ¾” (22.2 cm) diameter x 3” (7.6 cm) tall. Weighs 2 lbs 5.4 oz (1060 g)
CONDITION
There are no breaks, chips, cracks, or repairs. There is one slightly concave area on the shoulder where it looks as though someone touched it before it was fired. The area has been glazed over.
