The pitcher has a raised foot and a stamped mark on the base that reads MERIDEN B. COMPANY QUADRUPLE PLATE. The number 408 is stamped underneath.
8” (20.3 cm) long x 5 ¾” (14.6 cm) diameter x 9 ¾” (24.8 cm) tall. Weighs 2 lbs. 4.2 oz (1025 g)
The pitcher has no dents and still has much of its silver.  There is a scratch on the body under the spout, a small scratch on the lip and one on the foot. It has light wear throughout and the bottom of the inside has discoloration spots
A great pitcher to use for those special occasions. It has a very rich look.
